Choosing between tare, a savoury-sweet sauce, and salt gives you two ways to build an order. The menu includes chicken thigh and meatballs with tare, as well as chicken and spring onion, cartilage and pork head meat with salt. Chicken thigh is available with either seasoning. You could sample several salt-seasoned skewers or mix in tare to compare the flavours. Some items are offered only on certain days: pork liver is listed for Saturday and Sunday, while chicken heart is available on Sundays.
